Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 lb. pecan or walnut halves
1 T cold water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Beat egg white slightly. Add water and beat until frothy, not stiff. Fold in nuts. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon, add to nuts. Mix well. Spread in a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour. Scoop with a spatula onto wax paper to cool.
